Our Mindset

How would we describe ourselves? Quite simply: genuine craftsmanship, regional sourcing and a large portion of passion! For over 125 years we have combined traditional baking craftsmanship with fresh ideas and a clear focus on quality. Our breads are baked with our own natural sourdough, our ingredients come directly from the region wherever possible, and each loaf is baked with the care and attention to detail that you can taste.

We believe in short routes: not only in the choice of our ingredients, but also in the way we deal with our customers and our team. Everyone in our company, from the apprentice to the experienced baker, brings passion for the craft and the desire to give the best. The result? Products that taste good, tell stories and are simply a joy.

  • 100% spelt

    100% spelt means that only spelt is used without any other types of grain, which guarantees the full nutty taste and high tolerance.

  • Vegan

    Products that are vegan do not contain any animal ingredients and are made purely from plants.

  • Vegetarian

    Vegetarian products do not contain any meat or fish ingredients, but may contain animal products such as milk or eggs.

  • low-gluten

    Low-gluten means that foods contain only small amounts of gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley and rye.

  • whole grain

    Whole grain means that foods are made from the entire grain, including the germ, husk and endosperm, making them particularly nutrient-rich.
